we drift
towards a glossy lyricism
with loads of adjectives
with no density in meanings
with a pedantic style
without breaking loose
from the ego
we dare to pronounce ourselves
as poets
and we claim the privilege
of becoming naturalized citizens
in the city of ideas
with fake identity cards
