It is this story that The Book of Cyprus Wine sets out to tell. At the same time, it proposes a voyage down the wine routes and into the Cypriot vineyard of today, presenting the 19 of the island’s wineries, and providing ratings for about 90 wines by Master of wine Angela Muir. With contributions by the classification of Cypriot wines, initiate into the secrets of vineyard cookery, and chart the identity of Cypriot wines. All the articles are illustrated with colour photographs, and a map showing the location of each winery is also included.
