Food From the Village
“Food from the Village” is a collection of recipes from an island in the Mediterranean so rich in culture and yet so often overlooked for the quality and variety of it’s food. That island is Cyprus. Thane Prince has worked with The Annabelle, the family-owned hotel famous for some of the best food on the island, to produce a book that will both surprise and delight. ‘Food From the Village’ introduces the reader to a creative interpretation of some of the more interesting, traditional and healthy Cypriot dishes.
