The Turkish Invasion of Cyprus and Legal Problems Arising Therefrom

 45.00

The present edition contains various legal treatises on several subjects out of the Turkish invasion last July.
These treatises have been circulated separately in cyclostyled form and are included in this edition as published at the time.
Most of the treatises refer to the question of federalism which is the form of Government proposed, especially by the Turkish side, for the future constitutional structure of the Republic of Cyprus. But they are also treatises relating to the various legal problems which the Turkish invasion has created and to the legal nature of such invasion and its legal consequences.
Also a Note is included relating to the preparations by the Turkish-Cypriots for the creation of a separate federated Turkish-Cypriot State.
